You can clean by hand with a little mild soap and a small brush and air dry. Your collar or leash will regain its beautiful vibrant colors.

Clean machine wash and hang to dry.

We suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for any attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check the outside of your home, mailbox, and/or community mailroom
- Check in with your neighbours or any one living in your home that may have received
- In some rare cases, we have seen the postal carrier mark shipments as delivered when they haven't been, so please be patience and allow for another 1 -2 days for your order to arrive.
We are not responsible for stolen packages but we will make every effort to assist you as best we can.
If the incorrect address was inputted at the time of shipping, additional shipping fees will apply to have the order re-shipped to you.
Muzō & Co ships worldwide to almost every country, and to ensure a parity of care, our policies apply equally to everyone. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired product(s) to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for delivery.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, order processing takes approximately 1 week. Products sold during Black Friday sale, Cyber Monday sale or other annual sales will be shipped in no less than 2 weeks. If for any reason it takes longer we will contact you and inform you about the delay. Once your order has been finished, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery time depends on the method of shipment you have chosen.
