Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, Muzō & Co is not responsible for shipping time, delays or missing packages. Please contact the shipping courier for updates.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SHIPPING POLICY CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Shopmuzo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarifs, taxes, etc.).
Shopmuzo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the length of any finished product, because of this we don't offer modifications to a finish product. If you have chosen the incorrect size, simply apply for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.This does not apply on all buckle clip and custom items (these item are final sale). Please note that all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exchanges must be for the same style and color combination of the original item. We encourage you to double check the fitment before submitting for an exchange as there is only one change permitted. Items on clearance do not qualify for exchanges. All dog collar with a buckle clip and all custom orders do not qualify for exchanges.
All exchanges must be sent with proof of purchase, Item must be unused, undamaged, clean and hair-free. All exchanges will be sent via mail of your courrier preference. To apply for an exchange please write an email to with the appropriate subject "exchange / return" and the indication of your order number.
Use the following template for the email:

If you received a damaged or malfunctioning item you may be eligible for a return. Items need to be returned within 14 days of your items being delivered in order to receive a credit refund. If 14 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

HOW TO RETURN:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Non-returnable items: clothing, sale items, items marked as final sale and gift cards.
For a return policy review, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed pictures and description of the damage in the item. Use the subject "Returns" with the order number. Use the template below for the email body text.

- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds. Only regular-priced items in brand-new condition with all original tags attached may be returned for a refund.
We inspect each of our products carefully prior to shipping it out to you. In the event that your purchase is damaged or the wrong item was received please contact us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package so we can further assist you.
Please include your order number and photos, if possible, of the items.
Warranty Term: 30 days Limited Warranty From The Date Of Purchase
We use high quality materials for all our products, however they are not indestructible. Please ensure you inspect the product prior to use.
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30 days Limited Warranty that is valid for 30 days beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Muzō & Co. However, the Limited Warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. This 30 days Limited Warranty is determined on a case by case basis. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed the item will not be eligible for a replacement. The original purchase receipt must also be provided.
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
We do not replace or refund purchases due to everyday use, wear and tear or accidental damage. Please ensure that items are out of your pet's reach.
Our warranty does not cover products which are:
- Simply dirty or stinky
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
